Precise and Dependable Load Cell Simulator
The Ranger 7 is the simulator of choice for precision testing. Designed for applications that require high resolutions, it features a switchable offset and two Vernier controls, along with switches that go down to 0.01 mV/V.
Ideal for testing and diagnostics of digital weight indicators, calibration of A/D converters, and calibration with load cell datasheets. Suitable for simulating 1 and 4 load cell systems.

Calibration without Weights
Theoretical calibration of weighing systems without the use of sample masses! Useful in high-capacity weighing systems such as silos and hoppers.
Load cell simulation: The load cells supplied with calibration certificate show the actual value of the output signal at full load. RANGER 7 is able to replicate the cell signal and use it to perform theoretical calibration of the weighing system.
A/D converter calibration: Adjust the A/D converter and enter the mV/V value of the fully loaded cell signal indicated on the calibration certificate on the weight indicator.
This load cell simulator is manufactured with high-precision electronic components and has a signal simulation sensitivity of 0.01mV/V. It is also capable of simulating the impedance of 1 and 4 load cell systems.
