The CIBE laboratory is deemed suitable, by the Central Metric Office of the Ministry of Economic Development, for carrying out the tests necessary for the issuing of Test Certificates and CE Type Approval certificates of weighing instruments, which may be automatic (such as gravimetric filling machines, checkweighers, totalisers), and non automatic (such as scales, weight indicators).
CIBE has obtained the certification of its quality system in conformance to the ISO9001:2000 norm; furthermore, it is authorised by the Milan Chamber of Commerce for carrying out Periodical Verifications on weighing instruments.
