Assembly kits for CP compression cells: stainless steel accessories designed for weighing silos, tanks, hoppers. It is advisable to install the weighing system using just the accessory without the cell.

SELF-CENTERING CONNECTION SEGMENT BETWEEN LOWER AND UPPER PLATES.

ATTENTION
The KCPN kit is designed for allowing the correct functioning of the cells and for obtaining the requested weighing accuracy, but does not give protection to the cell and neither to the structure.
The system designer and installer is obliged to search for the best solutions against lateral forces, capsizing, and overload taking into consideration the:
- knocks and vibrations;
- wind shear;
- sysmic classification of the installation area;
- support base consistence.

	KCPN10	Kit of stainless steel plaits complete of overturn-proof screw jacks and overturn-proof safety pins, for assembling 1 CP load cell up to from 1000 kg to 10000 kg capacity under hoppers or tanks.
	KCPN15	Kit of stainless steel plaits complete of overturn-proof screw jacks and overturn-proof safety pins, for assembling 1 CP load cell of 15000 kg capacity under hoppers or tanks.
	KCPN30	Kit of stainless steel plaits complete of overturn-proof screw jacks and overturn-proof safety pins, for assembling 1 CP load cell of 30000 kg capacity under hoppers or tanks.

Certification

	Code	Description
	DCATEXMECH	Declaration of ATEX conformity of whole, Ex II 2GD X system with relative whole system label, for mechanical structure with ATEX load cells (each cell must be certified with CCATEX option). ATEX CONFORMITY DECLARATIONS will be supplied in English.
