Software / testing hourly charge - 80.00 Euro.
Hourly cost increase for overtime service and before a holiday - + 25%.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE RATES AT CUSTOMERS' PREMISES - net prices

Automobile trip expenses - Tollway reimbursement + € 0,50/Km.
Air trip expenses - Round trip ticket reimbursement + car rental.
Food and lodging expenses - Reimbursement of expenses upon receipt.
Trip and waiting time - Same as daily charge.
Transfer allowance - For each day with overnight stay - away from premises + € 50 /day.
Call-out fee - 50,00 Euro.
