New “DGTPF” and “DGTPKF” series microcontrollers
for industrial single product or multiproduct dosage systems
The range of microcontrollers available to realize industrial dosage systems is now enriched with the following new versions:
- “DGTPF”, for panel mounting, with 5-key simplified keypad.
- “DGTPKF”, for table or panel mounting, with 20-key extended keypad for quick introduction and selection of the dosage data.
Through simple programming of the parameters, they offer the possibility to manage single product dosage systems in loading or in unloading, or multiproduct dosages and mixtures.

SINGLE PRODUCT DOSAGE IN UNLOADING
Configuration which allows to manage a dosage system in unloading of a single product, useful for dividing the quantity of materials of equal weight or extract precise quantities from the silo, with management of the reloading.
Main features:
- Database of 40 formulas with target, speed change threshold, flight, +/- tolerance.
- Quick switch of the dosage target, through a dedicated key.
- Dual dosage speed (approximate and fine), through any available contacts or analogue output (in the “DGTPFAN” model).
- Automatic management of the reloading of the silousing a dedicated contact.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Selectable dosage mode between single product dosage, in loading or in unloading, or multiproduct dosage.
- START / RESTART dosage, PAUSE / RESET cycle and introduction / selection formula through keyboard or external inputs.
- Tolerance test on the dosed weight, with guided correction on display.
- Indication of weight within tolerance, out of tolerance, finished dosage, or alarm through any dedicated contacts.
- “Fine” dosage contact active either constantly or intermittently (jogging).
- Repetitions of the programmable dosage cycles; infinite cycle function.
- Automatic printing of the dosage data.
- Storage and printing of the consumptions. Printouts may be quickly recalled from the keyboard.
- Serial communication protocol for programming the formulas, the products and managing the cycle.
- Analogue output (for "DGTPFAN" models) proportional to the dosed weight.
SINGLE PRODUCT DOSAGE IN LOADING
Configuration which allows to manage a dosage system in loading of a single product, useful for filling hoppers, silos or big bags, or guiding the operator in the manual dosages.
Main features:
- Selectable dosage mode between automatic or guided manual.
- Database of 40 formulas with target, speed change threshold, flight, +/- tolerance and minimum tare and maximum tare values.
- Quick switch of the dosage target, through a dedicated key.
- Dual dosage speed (approximate and fine), through any available contacts or analogue output (in the “DGTPFAN” model).
- Automatic management of the download through any dedicated contacts.
MULTIPRODUCT DOSAGE
Configuration which allows the dosage of various products, in loading or unloading, as well as mixing and formulation, with the possibility of managing mixers, burners or vibrators using dedicated contacts.
Main features:
- Database of 16 selectable products/phases which may be: Automatic dosage; Manual dosage, Complete or partial unloading, Fractioned unloading, Timer, Pause, Manual weight.
- Database of 15 formulas, each one can contain:
· up to 8 products/phases with target, speed change threshold, flight, +/- tolerance;
· minimum tare and maximum tare values.
- Automatic recalculation of the formula targets, by entering the total weight to be dosed.
